Return Policy

If you have any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us for help before returning it. It is likely that a different product or different size will meet the requirements of your project.

Products Covered

We offer a 60 day return policy on Two Way Mirror, Teleprompter, TV Mirror, and Smart Mirror products, excluding tempered glass, which starts from the delivery date.

Rules

Damaged and tempered products are not returnable for refund or exchange, however we offer samples for your evaluation and experimentation (glues, adhesives). Acrylic which has had the laminate removed is not resaleable–for this reason, we are only able to offer 50% refunded on acrylic returns.

We are glad to replace products that are received defective if reported within 2 weeks of arrival, with pictures provided.   Products that are damaged by the customer are not returnable.

We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging material to make sure the product can be sent back to us unbroken, with minimal expense. Customer is responsible for carefully packing and shipping it back to us. Full insurance through FedEx or UPS is recommended (they cover up to $100 without additional expense). When issuing a refund, we refund the product cost but not shipping cost or duties/taxes (if international) of the product.

Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned products.
